Through community partnerships, the clinic will offer access to wellness, nutrition and educational programs focused on preventing or slowing the progression of chronic disease, a pathway for housing and employment, Medicaid and Medicare enrollment, and Christian spiritual care such as prayer and Christian counseling.

THE AFTER-HOURS
CARE YOU NEED

We provide care for over 30,000 residents. Only one clinic provides care during Saturday hours and no current clinic provides after hours care. FFHC fills a need to care for residents during non-traditional working hours.

HELPING THE
UNDERINSURED

The Family Faith Healthcare Clinic will be the only charitable clinic in the county serving the uninsured using this whole person approach to care. A two phased approach will be utilized with a sliding scale for payment based on patient income relative to the Federal Poverty Level.
